I love the concept, ours in the Montreal are made all the same and are very small and ackward, loooove that the laundry room is UPSTAIRS looooooooooooove it!!! so lucky and that you have 2 bathrooms upstairs.....did you have it build yourself? or through a company?

yay to Willow :D that's awesome, My daughter turned 1 on the 9th november and she's still walking along sofas so hopefully she will take her first steps on her own soon. @Castro0309 - We were able, once we moved, to get Willow into her own room and her own crib! She does join my hubby and I half way through the night (around 2-3am) but we don't use toddler rails because she sleeps in between us and is never awake (not even mildly) in our bed. I will do a video on how we made the transition soon to share our experiences! :)
