Its funny though, the way they market the pills in their commercials is to make you think they increase the size of the penis. It doesnt make your erection itself larger, but rather help you get a harder erection, period. Its misleading to say it increases the size of the penis 3 to 4 inches because the penis does increase in roughly that amount from the flaccid state to being erect.
