@greywolf64s it depends on who you are. if you have alot of muscle then it wont really hurt when it sits up on your shoulder. but if you dont have enough muscle in that area then it might hurt if you wear the strap for a long time

This sounds nice and clean. I also want to say that SCSU in general has the best HBCU football experience from what I see and hear. Not only is the band very talented but your crowd is definately there for your football team as well. I think that all HBCU football programs should use this as a expamle of what HBCU football should be like.

@bluephi182k dude this clean for only sjowstyle cause they perform for crowds who know nothing about band so if its good enough for the crowd its good enough for them. now DCI on the other hand plays for judges and could care less what the crowd thinks of them although it helps them get pumped up to do better.

@TheDragonmaster18 No, that's the ignorant comments that your people normally make. First of all alot of HBCU lines are clean, but if it's different from what you do then it's wrong and dirty. Most HBCU lines have a different style from one another and they mostly play what they play well, but it's just a different style and that's it. Not dirty or wrong but different. And stop comparing us to DCI cause most COLLEGE BANDS period, perform for their crowd.

@bluephi182k actually i dont call other lines dirty cause its different im a percussionist so i know what to look for and not some crazed marching band fan. the reason why i said this cause when i looked up the history of these types of bands on wikia it said the exact same thing and when i saw a documentary of these types of bands they said the same thing. and the only really clean snarelines that are out there is SCSU, NSU, BCU, NCCU, & PVAMU.

It's not easy playing or becoming the best. It will take a lot of work... I think the majority of the snare line is coming back this year so it will be challenging for freshmen to make the snare line. For some odd reason the cymbal line is always open
