Kevin O'neill is a great comic artist. He usually works with pat mills, and his older collaboration with him on Nemesis the warlock is something you should check out! In this work he was portraying characters in a gaunt, graceful, almost sinister fashion which perfectly compatible with an alternative victorian era. Overall this was an honest and insightful review!
