  • Bradical is dead. Brad sold the company, all outstanding orders that people have paid for have been bait and switched to some unknown company - total crap, their handling of customer service is ridiculous. $500 paid for 3 bradicals in full over a year ago...nothing but BS from them - im getting my money back from Visa

  • @SweetLipsMacFadyen That's too bad. I'd like to make it very clear, however, that this is NOT a B-Radical.

This was simply a customized Marine Band done by Brad. Bummer, sorry to hear that news and the way it played out.

  • @RonnieShellist You're right, I should have made that clear. I posted my comment in an attempt to leverage the power of social networks and user voice to effect change in the way Brad has handled customer service (delays, no info, not answering phone calls, taking orders when he was over his head, no communication at all then we get the email saying he is selling the business to some unknown entity....from a do not reply email). FWIW I love your playing and Youtube videos.

  • Must be nice to get one!! I am still waiting for mine and it's been over a year!!!!!

  • hey ronnie, this harp sounds sweet. I am certainly going to get a few. But I do love the Manjis you talked about and I've got Manjis in all keys now. Is this Harrison harp that much better than a Manjias to justify the huge price differential? Also, have you ever played the Marine Band Crossover (with the composite comb?)

  • @TalkingPoints This harmonica is no longer available by Harrison harmonica...only the b-radical is available which is a different harmonica than this customized mb by Brad Harrison. I think for the money, you can't beat a Manji and yes I've played the Crossover and just about everything else.

  • Christ dude you can play.

  • yes yes good work. i want one and want to learn how to play like you!

  • damn bro i love your harmonica playing ive been playing like a year now but im not nearly as good as you but im pretty decent i wish i could jam with you i dont suck but im not awesome either ... but maybe you can actually show me some hand techniques and some riffs that i can build off of ..

  • Nice playing, Ronnie. reminds me of me a little

  • I'm curious if you've had a chance to put one of the final production Harrison's thru the wringer...and how you would rate them against the other "Top Shelf" harps out there (Seydel 1847 Silver / Classic / Noble, Suzuki Manji / Fabulous / Fire Breath / Pure Harp). Thanks!

  • Hi Ronnie: Even on my tin laptop speakers, the sound is rich, deep, and expressive. If I can make it sound like you do, I'll feel as if I reached the top of the mountain. One minor concern I have though is that after I get used to playing it, I may not want to play my other brands. And I imagine that for some players, the price tag makes collecting anywhere from three to five Harrison's a pipe dream. Regardless, I'll probably pick one up in Bb or G. Thanks again for the service you are providing

  • theirs a 5 to 6 month waiting list for these harps, and i dont think thats to uk , how can i get one sooner ....... do you recon hthis brand will be world wide like marineband soon?

  • Wow I'm glad you put this up on you tube. I just purchasd a harrison and was skeptical at first because of it's high price. When I recieve it, now I think I'll be very pleased.

  • ...you could play a piece of dirt and it would still sound better than the most expensive harmonica I could buy.

  • Whammer Jammer!

Takes me back to my comet only 1000x better!

I wonder if Harrison will ever make chromatics?

    What mike picked that up?

  • built in mic on the sony cybershot digital camera. it is actually an older model with great video/audio capabilities.

  • ronnie,

u put tears in my eyes with your tone.

    ken

  • Compared to the Dude Harp???

  • genius. plain and simple. could listen forever, but inspired to play too. thanks man.

  • Man your like the Carlos Hathcock of Harmonica players.

  • YES. YES. YES. I Just got one, and it's the most amazing harp I've ever felt. Worth every penny.

  • Just pre-ordered my A harp from Brad! Can't wait. I've had my Pignose Amp for 2 weeks now. I'll put the 2 together when I get a new mic. Wish me luck. And skill!

  • Ronnie - I'm thinking about ordering one of the b-radical harmonicas from Harrison Harmonicas. Curious what key you find the most versatile - i.e. in ordering/owning only one pro harmonica, what would you recommend (I'd order more, but I'm having a hard enough time convincing my wife on the first one :o)? "how much for a harmonica?!"

  • Good to see ya back - we miss your classes!! Sounding GREAT by the way.

  • Even Ronnie Shellist's sound can be improved with a Harrison!! Great demo/lesson. 5*****

  • i thought he had stopped taking orders on these custom harps & was concentraiting on bringing out a massproduced harp that plays better

  • Christ Ronnie, I'd forgotten what a bad ass you are on the harp! Wow! That's a great sounding harp, but something tells me you can make any cheap harp sound like a million bucks! Go ahead with yo' bad self!

  • iam seeing little scars on your arm.

    anything wrong ronny? =)

    take care bro.

  • i was trying on running shoes at R.E.I. after a few margaritas and ran into the sock display with the metal pegs that stick out....ouch! but i did buy the shoes.

  • ahaha thats hilarious.

    ouch!

lots of luck with that new shoes!

    dont get in trouble..

    =D

  • @RonnieShellist LoL dude next time just say, motorcycle accident... wasn't wearing my leathers. lol

  • it's good to hear you play again ronnie,i have to see you soon so i can give you my new cd. your friend, NIC.

  • Is that one of the new super harmonicas he is supposed to come out with at the end of this year,or one of his customized marine bands.?????

  • customized Marine Band

  • Yes, definitely great sounding harps! Although I think not so much for beginning players who have still to refine their techniques. Unfortunately there are only too many beginning players who are under the illusion that a good harp will make them play better. Better for them to learn to control a less than perfect instrument, and become proficient with that. For advanced players I would definitely agree that one of these is better than three other harps... So long as one can finance it of course

  • This is definitely good advice,I was a numbnut who thought playing a golden Harp would give me golden tunes,How Wrong was I.Stick to a cheapy till you get the basics.

  • Haha, thanks for backing me up :).

  • Hy Ronnie, the harp sounds really great, how much does yours cost?

  • check out the site for pricing and details on these harmonicas

  • hahaha, is that the harmonica or is that you. still inuman,

    Love it m8!!!

    which i could!!
