Dog Clicker Training - Teaching the Down Cue

My dog came into the room when he heard the clicker. xD

my puppy isn't very good at down. his bum won't go down, he just scratches at my hand. and lately i've been doing roll over, so when he goes down he automatically rolls to his side waiting for the roll over cue. he's trying to outsmart me! So for now i've taken out roll over, and we're just working on down.

now the clicker makes sense to me. before i saw your videos i thought it didn't make any sense but now i know how to use it. tanks for that. for now i don't need it because my dog is 11 (bordercollie black white) en he runs away when he hears that click so, but when i am on my on i can use it.:D

My dog does not pay attention to me while I'm sitting on the ground. He was doing sit-down-up perfectly while I was hovering over him, but when I was sitting with him (like you) he almost completely ignored me. Took a couple of minutes before he would even sit.

my dog bit my hand so much!iam in so much pain!!! when your hand moves down your dog didn't bit your hand! while my dog scratches and bites my hand!

amazing.. just tried with my puppy and she got it after 15 tries!! Training just lasted 5 minutes now she knows "down" thank you!!!
