I remember this as a sign-off bumper before CN switches to TCM at 10 PM (EET). This was used from 2001 to 2006. It was weird that they didn't changed it after they removed many old shows in March 2005. All of the bumpers with old shows were edited with new ones, but they didn't edit this.
