  • Hello there! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some great things about it and my m8 got beautiful 6 pack abs and lost a lot of fat with it.

  • How can this help...? Yes, it looks like a very good training, but in 2 min, u barely sweat so how do u lose fat?

    Sry for bad eng...

  • @sincore90

You must repeat this exercise 5-6 time per day, after one month go more series of these, then you see results for 2-3 months...

  • 2 minutes for how long till i see results?

  • hey im 12 and 60 kg can i do these excersize

  • HA HA HA dog woof! lolz

  • nice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

  • does it burn fat at my lower abs too?

  • I have bad knees and can't do these, do you have any exercises that is not putting pressure on your knees? Thanks.

  • I do not have enough space around my tables...do u think I could just do regular pushups and regular planks instead?:)

  • Thats 100 seconds not 2 minutes

  • ima start doing this shit everyday man !

  • table push up is real good.

  • can i do this all at once for 20 mins? wil that work?

  • i was reading that you dont inprove as quick if you do the same thing everyday than if you do something different everyday

  • you look like a damn wolverine.

  • Try to hold the squat for 5 seconds. It burns more :).

  • doesent work

  • I have seen the Video and decided to "Try" these simple exercises for 90 days. I am on the Second day. I will say that I did feel something in my lower Ab's, and I am feeling alittle tighter there.. I also do a set of Crunches too. I will post any further results or no in about 12 more days.. That I can perform this excerise, or if I miss a day etc.

  • I'll be trying some of your work outs on top of my 2mile runs I do everyday! I'll be sure to email you my previous condition then my condition in several weeks :p

  • hey yeah your videos i can feel them working even though i cant see the diffrence yet thnx

  • you have really bushy eyebrows, you needa a wax man xP

  • @casi12ox you need to stop worrying about other people physical features , its ignorant and rude.

  • @casi12ox And you need a life.

  • Does it matter what you eat?

  • why do you need your arms up?

  • @MrMizanMiah Holding the arms up while you squat just brings your back into the exercise a little more. Different effect than a regular squat. Try it!

  • Hey I have been working out my abs like crazy and i was just wondering is it good to work out the abs everyday? And I need to know like the proper foods to be eating etc.

  • no give them a chance to rest every day

  • @tonyhilderbrand You can go through phases where you work them out every day but in general you only need to work them out 3-4 times a week like your other muscles.

  • im only 11 do you think it would make my arms stronger

  • It will to a degree, but this is more of a total body fat loss workout than an arms one, per se.

If you want a good arms one, check out my Michelle Obama arms one. If you use heavy weights to do that workout you can build some great size and strength in your arms (it's not just for women).

    Hope that helps.

  • are you crazy? hes 11 years old he shouldn't be touching weights till hes 16-17, if he starts now who knows how much damage his body will suffer. the proper thing for him to do now is chin ups and push ups

  • Hi and thanks for the comment! :)

I disagree that someone age 11 can't touch weights. If they are not putting compressive or shear forces on his spine then it's absolutely fine.

If you think about it, pushups and chinups are no different to lifting weight, he is still placing the same resistance forces on his muscles. I agree that he should be doing them tho!

The workout I referred him to just involves basic rowing and pressing movements, which are very friendly on the spine and joints.
