Dont have to worry about the audio, it was just so good to see one of my favourite groups of the sixties still plugging away so well forty years on. Thankyou for the upload Sueyonder and R.I.P. Dave Dee you brought joy to so many fans.
Saw them a few times as part of solid silver sixties shows and they were always so entertaining, not just the music but the fun and laughter that they provided. Much missed and so glad to see this on You Tube, thanks so much for uploading. Never mind the quality (I think it's pretty good myself !!) feel the force !!!!
@atrophiedyouth on futurama?! wow! I missed that episode. also check out a japanese band called the tigers, they are also amazing and a gem of the 60's.
RIP Dave Saw DBMand T at Bamber BRidge , didnt know Dave had cancer. Beats any of the s**t affected so called singersc of today who put wealth before talent
I wish someone could put on a live version of them doing Pinball Wizard and Stairway to Heaven as I saw them sing it only a few short months before Dave passed away and they were amazing!
@rich88b It's a tough loss for those who grew up to his songs, but after watching so many rock stars destroy themselves with drugs and other excesses, there's something reassuring about seeing one get to the end of a respectably long life in such good shape and spirits. His fate might well have been sealed by this time, but he sounds the way he did in the '60s and looks younger than half the people in the audience.
I'm actually impressed. They sound great, almost as if they've hardly aged. And the more I hear this tune, the more I like it. Thanks to Quentin Tarantino for giving them the stateside exposure they deserve.
I only heard about them after watching Death Proof last night. I think you are wrong ernestperea, they are great. Their songs are upbeat and makes you feel good. To bad most of today's modern music doesn't.
this was still a brilliant performance, I'll miss Dave forever, RIP

I thank Tarantino for getting me into this band by putting this song in 'Death Proof' ( in the most amazing scene in the film )
