@iGoTExXxTRa yea it used to be an agricultural community with a lot of white people but this video was almost 20 years ago...things have changed now. There has always been a large hispanic presence in Chino but there were a lot of white (Dutch) dairy owners in the early days...they are being pushed out or chosing to leave as Chino becomes more developed and there aren't too many white people left. It really doesn't matter to me because I don't care but some people are racists and do care.
