  • This looks delicious! I've been looking for a good light pasta sauce recipe, and this looks just the ticket. I will definitely be trying it out soon.

  • Hey freita can I substitute white wine with somethin else?

  • @jareddar

    Thank you!

  • ma vaffanculo da Palermo.

  • Did you know that adding the pasta to the sauce makes the sauce penetrates the pasta much better than if you add the sauce to the pasta? This is why the Japanese always do it this way. You did it very great sir !

  • really good :)

  • @angelo333100

    Thank you!

  • I hope not to have you offended, was just a suggestion. good day :-)

  • Cheese on seafood absolutly not! Is a pure blasphemy! (i'm italian).

  • @originalhd1

But I am not Italian, I put cheese on this because it improves the dish as the orange juice improves it also.

  • @originalhd1 I 100% agree with you !!! never

  • Love it! Thanks again for sharing! :))

  • @LumaLisa

Well you just made me *smile* today, thanks!

  • THE ORIGINAL ITALIAN VERSION IS :

WITHOUT artichoke hearts ORIGANO ORANGE JUICE. AND ,PLEASE FORGET ABOUT THE PARMIGIANO ON IT

THIS IS THE ORIGINAL WAY TO MAKE IT!

  • @EMILTEC

I apologize to you, BUT I do not make original dishes.

I am not about original anything.

  • I love the way you cook.. so real and spontaneous.. I love your voice too!! Great job!!

  • @syee1oh4

    Thank you so much!

  • delishhhhhh...

I never seen this dish with artichokes. I will try it though, I love artichokes. Thanks : )

  • I love artichokes too, and they are delicious in this.

    Thanks Reggie!

  • Good job again. (One of these days I'll think of something more imaginative to say.) You have a knack for clear, simple explanation. Not to mention the result looks excellent.

I shouldn't comment on an empty stomach-my praise is too effusive!

  • You are never too effusive :)

  • Oooh yummy - sounds wonderful. Somehow I kept waiting for you to add mushrooms, but maybe that's just me. Interesting to add the garlic slivers before the pan was hot - sounds like a good way to control it and prevent burning. All in all, I was reaching for my fork.

  • Thanks so much :)

  • Freita, you make the best dishes. I hope I can be as good a home cook as you are one day!

  • I bet you are just as good or better than what I do!

  • Hah! I wish! Question -- do you like mussels? If so, I'd like to request you a mussel recipe =]. Doesn't have to be anytime soon or anything -- my local costco sells these big bags of mussels and I wanted to give them a try one day.

  • @fezan84

Fez.... when I lived in San Diego I bought some mussels one time and did not like them.

BUT, I have some mussels in my freezer, just thought that I would give them another try... and I don't even know if they are cooked or frozen ones.

I will do something with them and see how they turn out...

If they turn out good, I will buy some more and then make a video, sound like a deal?

I have been working more hours lately and don't make as much time to cook, but I will let you know!

  • Sounds great -- thank you my friend!

  • I've never made it with artichokes, but it sounds like a good combination...

  • They are so good in this, thanks!

  • Did you rinse the artichoke hearts or just drain them?

  • I did not rinse them... only drained them.

    Thanks for your question!

  • CAN YOU START EATING HEALTHIER!

  • @theresa42490 I didn't see anything unhealthy about this dish.

  • I don't want to!

  • absolutely splendid

  • Thank you!

  • Oh man...that looks so good!!

  • Ben.. thank you so much... really thanks!

  • That looks delicious, simple and fresh...so why do I feel this urge to add heavy cream to the mix???

  • Well of course you can add some cream... but you really don't need to do that.

    Thank you so much!

  • now i want spaghetti:(

  • you will have linguine to choose from in about 5 minutes.

    Thanks Michael :)

  • Michael, that looks awesome, and soooo easy! I think even a hillbilly like me could make this..

  • Just because you are in H Kentucky does not mean you are a hillbilly.... gees.

Thanks so much and another video will be up and ready in 10 minutes, thanks!

  • HAHAHA . If you only knew.. LOL
