  • Before i met my boyfriend who is Ivorian, i didn't even know ivory coast existed, but with his encouragement i have expanded my knowledge and learned more about different cultures and ethnic backgrounds. Ivory coast is beautiful and its people are amazing, but what more can i say ... I date an amazing guy who's Ivorian!!

  • @KinshasaOK that's really ignorant. Black americans lost the african heritage because it was stripped from them during slavery! They have every right to seek knowledge about where they came from, that's every black person's right. I'm not from Africa in this modern day, but my ancesters were. African music is my heritage, as it is any person that is black or have black in them!!! If the others hate on us, why must we black people continue doing it to ourselves??? Isn't it time to stand together?
