If taxes were fair and the money used properly, there would be no tax fraud, eh?

IF governments loaned some of the tax money *to* the banks and charged interest, in a short time, the countries would have plenty of money and have no need for future taxes!

How can private *businesses* such as banks have more money than COUNTRIES!!!???
