Not expecting it to be a perfect as yours but just want a simple an elegant treat for everyone with a WOW effect.

  • HI there, thank you so much! I buy ALL my fondant. I personally don't know anyone in this profession that uses home made fondant. It is extremely hard to get the right consistency. I am currently using Satin Ice and I really like it! Good luck!

  • Yeah! Thank you for the warning on the homemade kind. I will seek out the Satin Ice. Thanks for sharing. (some ppl don't) :-)

  • Doesn't the fondant ruin Cakes taste?..

  • Hi Cris! I have watched all of your videos and find myself going back to watch them again. I have made the fondant cakes and can't figure aout how to get that straight up and down look. Is it because I'm only doing two layers? Should I be doing three layers? Like you I have never taken a class on how to make cakes so I do not know the in and outs of making them. I have learned a lot from watch your videos. You explain everything you do so well and it's so helpfull. Thanks again!
