Thats in recording software, like Camtasia Studio, theres a option called hightlight clicks, thats what it is. Not sure if you can get it on your cursor.
there was never a macromedia version of photoshop. Adobe has always owned photoshop and bought out macromedia a few years ago bringing in fireworks, flash, dreamweaver. but macromedia never owned photshop.
