@maicapoo Honestly, back then I literally treated my hair like crap! All I did was straighten,straighten,straighten it. I didn't use much of a heat protection either. I think it was something by Suave.
I'll tell you what I use know, since my hair is much healthier. For Shampoo: Garnier Frutis Conditioner: Nexxus color guard and Organix Coconut oil. oh and Tresemme heat protection
