i have the same set up mine sounds like shit it raspy and i really dont like it

No headers are factory still. Only other thing I've changed is added K&N CAI.

That sounds good. I wonder why every other O/R X and flowmaster set-up on a S197 I have listened to sound raspy and tinny? Yours does not. Did you change the headers?
