Human Beings have managed to raise their children adequately for hundreds of thousands of years without much 'intelligence' required.
This is the 21st century version of Eugenics rearing it's ugly head again. Hitler would have been proud. Read Mein Kampf. It has a disturbingly modern ring to it - secrecy, anonymity, sterilisation instead of adoption, a 'superior' race with a superior intellect, more capable of preparing their children for leadership than those of inferior blood.
Also disturbingly mirrored in Hitler's writings is the idea of keeping dissenters and members of the inferior races out of sight out of mind. Not unlike the Soviet gulags.
The modern (and more subtle but equally effective) equivalent of this is anonymity and secrecy.
Children don't want or need this. The authorities desperately need this secrecy. But how long can the lid be kept on this evil era in British history?
