we all get a litte crazy on halloween

I'm not sure about anyone else but when I was a young trick or treater, me and my friends ran around the nieghboorhood at our leasure, all the pumkins had burning candles in them, noone though I was going to shoot them if I dressed up as a soldier or whatever, and we certainly did not ruin out costumes by sticking reflectors on them. I belive there is such a thing as over protection. Oh and did I mention none of us had cell phones and at times could be over a mile from our home?

Yeah, Recon, that is how it used to be. That is how it should be. Halloween was an adventure. These kids are being deprived. Probably because some have moms like this who are busy making porno videos instead of participating in family fun. They are using this safe crap to cover up their real selves (promiscuous druggies).
