the repitition was not boring at all, it was engaging rather, and it did indeed create a sense of monotony.
great great shots.. loved them...
what exactly did you intend when you showed the two films of chaplin? "modern times - a story of industry, of individual enterprise - humanity crusading in pursuit of happiness" i did see that.. was that the "juxtaposition"?
pls reply.. i had met your friend satyander at iffk at trivandrum, i stumbled upon this film when i was watching his film.
the cuts were good... but as someone said the repitition shots became a bit boring... i felt the movie was dragged... a good attempt i wud say in the first year...
this ur final project isnt it.... fti......repetition of same shots makes the movie boring ,in a commercial theatre who plays charlie chaplin movies...... many things .......any way ur played with some good number of shots good.....
Hi, Firstly thanks for commenting. This is the final project of first year. more projects will follow. Repetition was intended to create a sense of monotony. im glad u observed. however my intention wasn't to bore the audience. i chose chaplin to create suitable juxtapositions to forward the idea. there are a few loose ends i admit. but there are theaters who play retrospectives on occasion. i hope you will watch it again and leave your comments.. thanks.
Quite good for a 1st attempt! Liked the screenplay...Lookin forward to more projects
PS. The 5 stars were for the profile name... ;D
