Thanks! Camera is a Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS3. Wide angle and great zoom, but most importantly to me consistently good audio.

I bought it after reading that it was used for one of my favorite videos, TIB in Del Mar: normal youtube address plus /watch?v=xBLGq5UZsVk (doesn't seem to want me to link even to another youtube? weird). I haven't yet figured out how to get video quite that good, but I'm happy to pass on the camera recommendation!

I have that camera too. I never want to video a whole song though because I want to clap or something haha. but I don't think it works as HD when you upload the video to a mac. :/
