The fact that this bill has NO provision for Tort reform in it demonstrates that there is NO desire on the Democratic side of the aisle to bring the cost of health care down.

I don't like it when people say 'they're bankrupting America' etc. AMERICA IS BANKRUPT NOW! Unlike individuals and businesses, the government never has to formally declare bankruptcy. They think they're special...they print more money, or they just create bogus electronic transactions on a computer made up of huge numbers with commas in them and dollar signs in front. All I'm asking for starters is that government not spend more than they take in. That will not happen until incumbents are replaced by people willing to shut down the government, which DID happen for awhile under Clinton, and FORCE America to set it's priorities on what to spend money on.
