I was recently diagnosed with epilepsy and while I live in New York and it's not legal, my doctor told me that I should look into marijuana to help treat my symptoms. I was prescribed to 1000mg of Keppra twice daily, but that does not completely subdue my symptoms so I do smoke. Do I believe that marijuana should be legalized? Yes. But I do not want it to. I think that with legalization, it will become regulated and taxed. It should however be decriminalized.
This man is an amazing patriot and appluade him for standing up for his constitutional rights and proceding the challenge the unkwolegalbe based opposition. We should all take influence by this brave american and patition, write your reps and senaters and pass the 2011 compassion act with utmost dererminship. keep fighting strong sir and god bless
I think the link is to the website I design and maintain for my brother, Loco Gringo Studios. It's the only time a guy would get to pay $11.95 a month to maintain somebody else's website.

i have so much i could say if only they gave us a chance to speak, but i will stop my rant here and say i hope you win man
God forbid teenagers buy marijuana from normal people that have it perscribed or buy it legally instead of drug dealers who will lace the weed or try to sell them dangerous drugs. Let's keep them drinking alcohol.
My heart goes out to you tim! Keep your head held high and do what you have to! My thoughts are with you and please keep us updated. Love you Tim Timmons!!
I dont have ms but i have ulcerative colitis...Im always in alot of pain, go to the bathroom 20-25 times a day, always sick, been in the hospital 4 times within the last year and im 26 years old. I just started smoking marijuana for my illness because all the other drugs caused such bad reactions and made it worse...I now only go to the bathroom twice a day and no pains or sickness! Hopefully texas will legalize this amazing herb and not let narrowminded idiots close this down for those in pain.
You are in my thoughts and in my prayers -- even as I write to you tonight.. You are a hero for confronting and attacking your challenger with both knowledge and intuition. You rock girl!
Texas will legalize this -- by public opinion polls, we already have -- when politicians smell money. Hopefully, if California legalizes - then taxes and regulates -- the good ole boys will have no choice.;
Obviously she hasn't been fortunate to see or experience the positive effects of marijuana. Otherwise I would say she would be speaking from a completely different perspective.

Howdy from a fellow Texan. I support decriminalization and legalization of marijuana and hemp.
Best wishes to you, your families and to the struggle.

Is it Rick or Tim? Your website says Rick. YT says Tim. Also... " born in St Petersburg
Florida in 1957" "...moved to Texas in
the late 1960's..."
A late "Welcome." Sorry for the tough times here in Texas.

You're right man. The drugs she would recommend would be both hepa-toxic and addictive
The logic is astounding

That lady they put on was a trip, wasn't she.
She was explicitly saying "If you are bed-fast and housebound with a chronic progressive disease and dealing with debilitating pain ...
hmm ...
I guess she was saying that makes you the equivalent of a drunk driver!
At least she has to live the rest of this life with herself and we don't.
Thanks a ton for your support bro'

I responded "Just call the Texas Eagle Forum"
She was truly a piece of work, wasn't she!
Thanks again for your support my brother.
