  • Okay first thing those dont look tight enough AT all your going to hurt your ankle like that

    and your a bit stiff leg try bending your knees more and arching your back a very little bit

    and NEVER look down at your skates trust your feet to know what to do you must focus on where your going.

    but your off to an okay start :]
