  • the only way i can think to make this even cooler is if you stuck a tiny video camera on the bonnet of the rc cars which sent live video to a sort of arcade style steering wheel and pedal setup :D Just my opinion though.

That last slow mo bit was cool too.

  • hey whats the pensacola beach thing?

  • i miss my rc car

  • Nice vid!

  • do the trucks run on batteries or gas

  • wtf, the car does a wall ride at 3:12

  • @corified right thats fuckin sweet

  • I have an E Revo and when I push down the shocks or I ramp with it, the shock go down, but then they don't go all the way up. I have to pick up the truck a little bit to get it sitting full height. Would a shock dampening kit help it rebound faster off of jumps

  • cool! 3:11

  • truggies arent monster trucks

  • @electrohacker The wheels aren't what turns a Monster Truck Into a Truggy. The GT is a well known Monster Truck.

  • sick video!!!

  • hey jaxzf i would reccomend a medium pace electric first then as you get better maybe upgrade to brushless nitros are also good are more expensive and you have to mantain them and buy fuel

  • hey guys i need help i can't decide for my first car Electric or nitro, i have did a few runs on my mates nitro on road but nothing special, same with electric. so can you guys help me please?

  • @jaxzf nitros a lot more work and electric can go faster now with brushless, but both are fun just depends if you like the nitro more or electric

  • @jaxzf

one of your best bets is getting electric first. in a few months it will be a year that I got my electric. I have been thinking about getting nitro. but I have to do some more research.

  • get with electric because the nitro cost more then a battery charging if you get a quick charger

  • Man just go with nitros. Work an engine on an rc car you know its sick and you can always get a nitro motor that IS something and is really honostly funner and rips ass.

  • well from your help i decided on the Rustler VXL :)

  • wish i had a track like that up here in canada haha

  • das haste du richtig gut hin geckrigt

  • the wall flip at 3:11 was awesome!!!!!!!no need for a marshal there!

  • nice i want to buy a nitrogas car but idk where or what kind of gas it uses. can u guys tell me?

  • nitro ;)

  • @banthanax its called nitro-methane. and if by "where" you mean where you get it is at a hobby shop. hope this helped

    =)

  • what a fat car i have 1 of them

  • at 3:11 beast and by the way an 8ight t is a truggy you tard not a monster truck of coarse its faster

  • everything i have invested into my entire set-up for my zo1-t could buy 4 of those mgt's and a savage. lol. damn expensive money pit hobby. lol. but i love it

  • ya why the fuck would you invest in a odonnel rc car they make fucking nitro . LOSI FOREVER the 82.0 would woop ur ass on the track

  • Bet they can hand you your ass in a race though.

  • i dont think their savages and mgt's can beat a 8-ight-t 2.0 race roller with a os 28...they could beat me if it was savage to savage sence i only use mine for bashing and high speed

  • 1:02 awesome jump

  • i wonder if they have a hot flag girl?

  • yah lol me 2

  • cool!!

  • how do drivers have good view to control? is there some kind of camera or smthng?

  • what is the name of the orange on the back of the car

  • they look out on a little lookout platform thats like 13ft tall or more i think

  • i blevie its called a savage xl

  • Ha ha ha!! Backflip off the wall!!! Outstanding! X-D Great tracks, and proof, if we needed any, that truck drivers are air maniacs! ;-)

  • WHERE is this at?

  • my car was going so fast it exploded

  • oh yeah it was just goin so fast it exploded

  • wonder... is an Acme condor a good car to start with?

  • They should build a track like that where i live :(

  • i wish they did where i live to my town has a track buts its freakin small and isnt good for racing or anything

  • the lrp z.28r is a nice ,powerful engine.

    love it!

it pulls heavy cars like the mgt without probs.

  • mine always break

  • i saw one revo in their

  • notice how the revo is always kicking azz

  • Not in this video...the feature truck in the footage is a Monster GT by Team Associated....I was the driver.

  • Comment removed

  • awesome racing great flips! your other vids are wicked as well

  • good cars my friend regards from argentina.

  • i love it when you were in with 2 other cars, 1st place flipped like 3 times and you blew past both of them!

  • Nice backflips ;)

  • The good old MGT...I still have mine Bro, but she's a shelf queen now. I really dig that backflip at the end! Great racing buddy!

  • what song is this?

  • its saliva - bail & switch

  • Thank you

  • That little move at 3:10 was the funniest thing Ive ever seen. Some sweet racing there, I am looking to buy a truggie. How does a Mutailator sound?

  • 3:10, who needs a turn marshall?!

  • Man, that was great. Not to mention the flip at 3:33; wicked. Unpredictable flips ftw.

  • can any one help me i have a savage x 4.6 and it will start and idle fine, but when its warmed up it will just turn off (at idle) as soon as i let go of the gas! i tried lran ing it, riching it, ajusting the throughtle trim but it does noyhing! my self i think it might be too rich even though i tred richeing it. if any one could help me that would be awsome! thank u for the help!

  • sounds like you're running too rich. test the low-speed needle. pinch the fuel tubing when the engine is at idle. if the needle is set properly, the engine rpm should increase slightly for a few seconds and then die. if the engine revs for more than a few seconds, the mixture is too rich; lean the needle in. if the engine dies as soon as you pinch the fuel tubing, the mixture is too lean; lean the needle out. don't over lean. you should ALWAYS see blue smoke when exiting corners.

  • thank u but it wont idle!

  • hmmm... perhaps you should turn your idle screw clock-wise to open up the gap. check first. engine off, filter neck off and neutral radio trim set to zero, you should see a 1MM to 1.5MM carb barrel gap. if not, turn the idle needle clockwise to increase the gap. remember, if engine " blubbers " from launch, you're too rich and if engine " suffocates " from launch, you're too lean. again, it can't hurt to try the pinch test, as well as a brand new glow plug.

  • thanks emailkenny it work it was the low speed meedle thank u so much!

  • try to turn the high speed needle just mess with it for a while and youll get it

  • does anyone race a jato??

  • i have a friend that does its his favorite

  • can that be converted to a truggy with the bigger wheels and suspension? thats what i would compete with.. love traxxas. but love truggies..

  • i do u have 2 hAVE A 2.5 ENGINE THOUGH

  • what are these guys raceing in this vid?

  • no u cant srry

  • aftershocklover23 doesnt know what hes talking about! a mgt,t-maxx,savage are all good racers ok!

  • no i would have to agree with him.... savages are good bashers.. but not racers.... stuff like a revo 3.3... now that is a good racer

  • @twiztidkid092 well revo are Truggy... but they class them as monster i dunno why ...

  • @warracer03

It would need a pan chassis to be classified as a truggy, even though it is alot like a truggy its not.

  • @SavageRC1 well thx for the heads up!

  • @SavageRC1 How on earth do you figure it has to have a pan chassis to be a truggy?

  • @TheMrJacksonShow why is the revo classed under monster trunk if its truggy?

  • @SavageRC1 Really the same reason that its also called 1/10th when its just as big as a RC8T. It gets the monster truck name because of the lack of a wing, center transmission, truck body, and M/T tires. A center diff. is what you have on a truggy not a transmission.

  • @TheMrJacksonShow Ok but the the revo can have all those things that you just mentioned and its still classified as a monster truck, im not trying to fight or nothing but why doesnt roar accept the revo as a truggy? even if it had all of the stuff you mentioned above?

  • @SavageRC1 Because ROAR dosen't really accept conversion vehicles unless it's a conversion to the power source. For example a 1/8th Buggy with a truck body and bigger wheels will not be aloud to race in the Truggy Mains. I believe what it was designed for is the only section that it an race in, and since Traxxas designed the Revo as a monster truck it is the only catagory it can race in.

  • @TheMrJacksonShow pk so technically its a monster truck then, right?

  • @SavageRC1 Yes, technically.

  • @TheMrJacksonShow ok thats what i was trying to say man, not trying to sound rude or anything just saying

  • @SavageRC1 Nor was I, simply helping a fellow RC enthusiast. Assuming by your name I'm guessing you own a Savage. Would that be a 25, SS, X, XL, Flux, Flux HP, or a Flux XL?

  • @TheMrJacksonShow I have a savage x soon to be savage xl with some fastlanemachine tvps and a bunch of other goodies haha. What do you have?

  • @SavageRC1 Now nothing, can't really afford it with a baby coming in a few weeks but i've had a bunch. T-Maxx 2.5, T-maxx 3.3 (new model), Himoto RXT-1 Truggy, Redcat Lightning with a SH .18 setup for drifting, Slash 2WD with a VXL, Mini E-Revo VXL, Mini Losi LST (shitty orignal one), and a RC18T converted into a Truggy.

After i get everything back to normal i plan on getting another one but quite unsure what to get. I want some that wont break as much so im thinking drifter or crawler.

  • @TheMrJacksonShow Thats a nice variety you got going on lol too bad you dont have them anymore, i know this might be alittle much but have you thought about a baja? are you into bashing or are you into all types of rc?

  • @SavageRC1 Actually i have thought about the Redcat Rampage MT quite a lot. It's a hell of a lot cheaper, 4x4, bigger motor options, and just as fast. Look up: redcat rampage mt tt. It will be the one with a black Baja body, should be number one.

I'm slightly more into racing myself since thats pretty much how i set all my old ones up. I like that part of the hobby most but i of course did do some bashing especially with the Maxx 3.3 but i just broke way to much stuff.

  • @TheMrJacksonShow oh yeah im familiar with the red cat rampage and yeah i know what your talking about, the maxx breaks way too easy, i actually have one and even though its weak i love that thing i just dont drive it anymore because i have the savage now, i also had a revo at one point but sold it because i wasnt really into it. Have you thought of getting some kind of truggy? if you like racing and alittle bit of bashing a truggy would be great for you.

  • @SavageRC1 I actually ended up turning the Maxx 3.3 into a racing monster truck with going with only 4 shock springs and all 8 shocks, revo wing, proline dish wheels with crime fighters, and a completely stripped starter switched to a pull starter. That just like the revo is a basic truggy. Also the Himoto RXT-1 is a truggy that i owned and it was my favorite. 1/8th Truggys i believe are the way to go but get expensive. The next one i get i ant a RC8T-E with MMM combo running 4s, 5s, and 6s.

  • @TheMrJacksonShow That will be crazy man, the mamba is going to toss the truck around like nothing. Im thinking about trying electric but i dont want to spend too much, im thinking about getting a mini e-revo or the slash 4x4

  • @SavageRC1 I can highly advise getting the mini e-revo. Even stock its stupid fast for its size. The only problem i had with it is that it takes a while to get the handling at those speeds. I just had to stiffen up the suspension to really be able to control it but sway bars would of done the trick perfectly. That actually may be the on i but to get back into the hobby.

  • @TheMrJacksonShow how durable was it? i dont want something that ill be working on every time i use it you know what i mean?

  • @SavageRC1 I blew a rear axle (due to driving in gravel) and broke a front arm which was the total extent of the damages for about two maybe three months before i sold mine. I am a pretty decent driver so i never really hit anything like a tree or mailbox nor did i ever try to get the world record for how high i can jump one you know what i mean. I just raced it around our track and drove it around construction sites and it held up perfectly.

  • @TheMrJacksonShow cool sounds good, i dont mean to ask a million questions but did you use a lipo or did you just go dual nimh?

  • @SavageRC1 Just dual Nimh. Sometimes in series and sometimes parallel. With the handling so touchy i couldn't imagine ptting lipos in it. Plus i didnt have a lipo charger and the Nimh are cheap ass shit. I figured four lipos and i decent charger could run me close to $200 plus shipping or just get five more Nimh and spend only $100 and use my old charger and still have it really fast. Have you in person seen one run? It's a whole different experiance than a video.

  • @TheMrJacksonShow whats the difference between series and parallel? and no i havent seen one run in person yet, sadly.

  • @SavageRC1 The battery that comes with one is a 6 cell Nimh that has 7.2 volts. If you use a series connector you double the voltage to 14.4 volts going to the ESC and motor. If you use a parallel connector you double the capacity that the batteries has which is 1200 Mah so you would have 12 batteries total in the truck but still only have 7.2 volts going to the ESC and motor with 2400mah. Parallel doubles your run time and series doubles your speed.

  • @SavageRC1 I also just found Lipos for it that are 2S 1P 7.4V 2000mAh 20C from Venom Racing. In parallel you would have 2S 2P 7.4V 4000mAh 20C which would be outragous run time, decent speed, and constant power.

  • @TheMrJacksonShow Yeah i was looking at the venom packs and they are exetremely cheap, how much is the pack your talking about?

  • @SavageRC1 $25

  • @TheMrJacksonShow wow thats not bad i gotta check that out.

  • @SavageRC1 It was on towerhobbies. I just searched mini erevo battery.

  • @TheMrJacksonShow yup i just took a look at them not too long ago and thats a great price.

  • @SavageRC1 Yeah it is.

  • I have a T-maxx with a TRX 3.3,Team Integy Type II chassis,Revo slipper clutch rebuild, and a resonator tuned pipe. I made a few other mods if u want to know just let me know. A T-MAXX is a great racer so go for it biker0106

  • you dont have a clue what your talking about do you aftershocklover23? Like you said a t-maxx can win if it is highly modified, in other words has a lot of money put into it. You also said that no matter how much money u put into it it cant race. thats where u went wrong.

  • Its called Fabugar by Pit Pradly

  • what the name of this song??

  • wait then why did the MGT win the race in this video and my friend won a championships with his t-maxx......

  • so im thinking of buying a MGT 4.6 not the new 8.0 because it looks like a basher so MGT are great racers right?

  • yeah... thanks that made me feel better...well i have a savage but its made for bashing do you think savage is good?

  • Anyone think a T-maxx with race chassi alloy+rpm upgrades and 40s and cp bodie would be a capable racer? with picco .26?

  • this is th best video out of every rc videos on you tube

  • some of the best action i have seen in rc racing. Lots of high speed carnage, drama. What every race needs

  • anyone with a revo listen up the best race tyre for a revo is hpi dirtbonz with hard compound fome try it you will be amazed

  • yah for u maybe cause it all depends on ur driving style. i run crime fighters lpr's on 1/2 offset proline rims and they handle great and last a long time. it almost feels like they were made for my driving style.

  • At 305 on the video i realy thought it was cool

  • one of the best videos on youtube

    whats the song?

  • what eng. should i run in my t-maxx 2.5im a basher but thinking about racing..ill prob get a revo for racing but i want a good eng. for my maxx i was thinking a picco .26 max??

  • get an axial rr they are an awesome motor i got 1

  • This truck in all the footage is a Team Associated Monster GT...not a truggy.

  • how much does that truggy cost the one that did a backflip tell me and reply please because im going to get one just like it

  • that was the most coolest video ive ever seen in youtube 5 star for this video

  • that video was the most coolest thing of all

  • ok thanks for your help cuz am getting some for my aftershock

  • are they proline or ofna hubs

  • I had proline for a while but made a change to KMW's

  • is there any aftershocks on the track and a other thing are u guys using 23mm hubs or 17mm hubs

  • No aftershocks in the Vid....and I had 23mm on all the MGT's in the vid.

  • that rc truggy did a backflip in the wall that was tight

  • yeah...it was pretty cool. It happend at a track in Waco TX in a race called the Ice Breaker. The truck...was a Monster GT from Associated....I was the driver.

  • Cool video! That wall-climb backflip was the coolest thing i've ever seen with an RC car! Five Stars for this one!

  • darn, very nice video, cars, track. 5 stars!

  • that track looks awsome but extremley difficult tha mgts and the revos were awsome

  • hahahaha XD

  • it seems like most of the trucks are t-maxxsssss

  • nope....it's all MGT footage

  • are MGT the same size as t-maxx

  • nope.. MGT's are much bigger

  • Actually almost every vehicle you see in the main frame of the video is a Monster GT. No Mammoths in this vid...I know because I'm the driver.

  • The truck that did the 2 AMAZING BACKFLIPS was a t-maxx right?

  • that car right at the start is a mammoth st the new version is it stock i know its a dumb question but oh well

  • Verry big track nice driving there

  • that's a big track

  • thats some hot driving.

  • Get some Ofna 17mm adapters and then run the truggy wheels and you'll be good to go.

-- i got to get some of those for mine then, dude the backflip was awesome!!!!

  • Right on....I'm there now but this video was mainly from 2005

  • awesommeeee

  • AWSOME!!!!!!

  • that was cool at the end when you hit the other car it wrecked u did a backflip and landed

  • 3:10 = Fucking awesome.

  • hey please help me i have a revo 3.3 and i want to make it like a stadium truck can i just buy thoughs smaller wheels and will they fit on? or do i have to buy something to make them fit please help mesage me =]

  • Get some Ofna 17mm adapters and then run the truggy wheels and you'll be good to go.

  • that was a pretty sweet wallride backflip. i have done that same thing with my revo 3.3. my buddy had taken a video of me doing a backflip over an old vw rabbit, but he freaking erased it. btw nice truck.

  • hey what band is this.cool vid.

  • man, that backflip at 3:13 musta took skill!

  • its saliva - bail & switch

  • nice recovers at the end there

  • The main truggy in that video is very poorly setup! Is understeering like a shopping trolley!

  • It's not a truggy...it's a Monster GT.

  • lol, i dunno wut ur smokin, thats a stadium truck, also known as a TRUGGY, lol learn wut a monster truck is and wut a truggy is before u say u kknow

  • Dude...I'm the driver and it's a Monster GT.

  • haha what a noob!!! thats an MGT with a CP body and 40 series. it's pretty obvious from the chassis! great video though! the MGT is surely a capable racer!

  • what songs are on thier?

  • that track looks awesom!

  • NICE

  • that dude can drive.. !!!

  • Why thank you...you should see me now. That was over a the last year and I'm at a different level now all together.

  • That is awesome!

What is the song that plays around 2:03?

  • great video and editing! awsome trucks and tracks!

  • that was some awesome action!
