I was so worried when VIA came out. I told my friends that they better not put it into the Fraps. I think it is very deceitful to "force" loyal 10 years plus customers to drink that stuff. What is also really bad is that the flavor is SO BAD that I don't want to drink ANY COFFEE after one taste of VIA. I couldn't drink any coffee the rest of the day as it then All had that terrible flavor. :( I teared up in the store too!!!

So I went back like an idiot and tried each of the things that go into the Frap individually to get the idea of which was shit. 1. Coffee Flavor - VIA (shitty flavor) 2. 3 Gum mixes coffee gum, lite coffee gum, cream gum - STEVIA (shitty aftertaste makes me ill).

Leave those two out and I will be ready to drink a Frap again

DELETE VIA DELETE STEVIA, each of the 3 GUM Thickener stevia mixes taste wretched. The "coffee flavor" via leaves an horrible film on your teeth and these two awful products together could never equal the Frappuccino of the past. You could put real sugar in it and it would not cover up that wretched flavor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I abhor the acrid nasty flavor of the new Frappuccino blended beverage mix. For two weeks I went to find the "OLD MIX" as the new one which may contain stevia, via, gum, caffeine powder, or shots of supposed coffee flavour just didn't taste the same. The new watered down ice with special AFTERTASTE VIA or whatever it is is absolutely horrible. Several baristas tried to get the same flavor but admit themselves that loyal customers will NEVER drink the new however-you want it bs not even free
