its a piece of crap phone that breaks if you drop it 1 foot from the ground. ive had it for 3 days and the outside screen broke after i dropped it once. im so pissed.

@grallylove7 EnV, I have had 6 Octanes, and my cousin has had 8, my dad has had two. They all have things that they 'don't like', like the one I have now, if you press the 'M' button, boom, it shuts off...I am not pleased with the phone's performance at all, my opinion, stick with the EnV, I have had all the EnV series, and can't recommend it higher.

meh, to be honest i can't really argue a lot. but I disagree with "verizon is the best carrier" I know he was kind of kidding, but, they're 3g is slow.. really slow. and lte does NOT have anywhere near the same coverage. and for a nerd such as myself, i don't have the liberty to buy a new phone in six months. you know, after the one i just bought becomes irrelevant in two weeks. oh and they are pretty expensive.

I had the LG Octane for 24 hours and it started to turn off and turn on over and over. I brought it back to the store and they got me the same phone and well it did that again on the new phone, so they went and got another Octane and it started to do it on the 3rd and final one. ended up with the LG Cosmos. 3 LG Octanes going crazy in 24 hours. Crazy!!!
