It's not hard, but it's a little tricky (and hard to explain)- you have to split the clip, then move the new split off part ahead on the timeline a bit. Then you draw that split off part back like you're trying to lengthen the clip, then crossfade it at exactly the amount you drew back (.29 seconds drawback, crossfade .29 seconds on the 1st clip). You make that second part black and white. If the clips don't appear to be split in the preview box, it's the right amount. Glad you liked the vid!
