  • @HealthyHoopers good luck, play with it, you can put fresh parsley or lovage in there. or caramelised onions or chillies... the possibilities are endless. instead of lentils you can use any pulses. it is just one of the things i always have in the fridge - saves me eating and buying hummus or spread from the shops. those have lots of weird ingredients but this is just as organic and innocent as you like :)
