Nars is one of my favorites and it is 100 percent better than MAC I have a lot of Mac too but you cannot compare the two Nars is much more superior in pigmentation lasting power and quality, their colors in lip cheek an eye products are WONDERFUL

The lips look so much more coral-ly in the book than what the end result looked like. I would really like to know how to get that corally lip, but perhaps its just a difference in lighting from the book to the video.... hrmmm. Gotta love coral and green though

@lopato3 Nars is a great quality brand. There are a few things that I don't love but mostly I really like the products. I love the eyeshadow and blushers the most.

it so apparent the magic of colour and how make up is all an illusion to the eye i believe your true eye colour is steel/grey but traight away as u first applied the crease green they looked a real aqua see green..love watching your tutoriasl they neve fail to inspire me! chell in sunny Devon xx

@vrosher Lycogel is a good one - expensive (around £55) but a little goes a long way. It was recommended by my cosmetic surgeon after I had a nose job!! ssh! Don't tell anyone!! :p It's great at covering up bruises and scaring so you may find this helpful. Google it and have a look at the website. Perhaps they'll send you some samples?

I wanna love Nars, I really do, and I've tried for years, but I just can't reconcile their prices to the quality of make-up. It actually makes me angry, because I feel like they think we're stupid. They really need to bring their prices down, I'd say even lower than MAC, considering how mediocre the quality is. Just my opinion.....and a little rant!

@eriloveseri It's very similar to the first but with real people (who are also gorgeous) If you like NARS products and beautiful classic make-up then you will like this book. It isn't one for those that like experimental looks.

Ugh I HATED sheer matte when I had it! I tried so many different ways of applying it with different brushes/moisturizers/primers and no luck! I adore Sheer Glow though, it's what I use in my kit for clients!
