Leonardo is one of those few actors that remind me of "Old Hollywood". He's devilishly handsome with a boyish charm, he's talented, hard-working, smart, charismatic and well-spoken. He's mysterious in that he doesn't disclose many details about his personal life....but when he does, you can see he is a very down-to-earth kind of guy. He's led an incredible life and the day he gets an Oscar will probably make me shed a tear.

Despite the fact that he's an incredible actor and almost infamous for his model girlfriends, I appreciate that he has a good-natured attitude, if a bit on the reserved side. I think it speaks a lot of him as an actor and a person that he doesn't go around subtly praising his talents or saying crude things once he opens his mouth - a trait that not a lot of others so-called good actors of Hollywood possessed...

@ajcarrillos Don't belittle the extras. You can hear plenty on set, and I know this from only being an extra three times. I heard an actress talking about some other actress she hated. I'm not going to name names. There was also an actor who said "How many f*ckin times do I have to do this f*ckin take?" I've also had actors come up to me and say hello. I've always had a good experience with the crew members.

Are you telling me movie stars are not ordinary people? By you telling her cousin she doesn't know what it is to be an actor or a movie star and then undervaluing her opinion by telling her she is ordinary and from a small world, you verify what she said about actors in the first place.

You have to understand the thought process and the behaviors of human beings. If you get caught up thinking you're superior than extras or cleaning ladies, you have lost touch with reality. Ultimately, your craft will suffer. In order to be a great actor, you have to immerse yourself into all aspects of the character.

Individuals have to realize their reality doesn't necessarily represent truth, but their simplistic mental constructs have provided them with a quicker understanding of their fast paced world. I don't know about your perception of a set, but I feel as though I'm in a small world when I'm on set. It seems isolated from the rest of the world
