  • there was a time when dobermens, german shephereds and rottys where the "evil fighting dogs" and pitbulls where the most popular family dogs..... ohhh humanity...

  • Yea man.. I would say that pitbulls are one of the smarter kinds of dogs..

but if you train them right and raise um good you can train them to ALWAYS take food out of your hand by biting it and taking it out gently - not just lunging at it

  • @Bojoe777NaBl I totally agree!

  • @Bojoe777NaBl Yes, they really are smart and usually friendly unless the owner teaches them to be mean.

  • @Bojoe777NaBl That's right! With my pittie, we can actually place the food on his muzzle, and he will wait till we give him the word, then he tosses it up in the air with his muzzle and eats it!

  • ya nd evry one hates the doberman -_-

  • im not much of a dog person but tht pitbull was beautiful!

  • @Hillary2143 She was beautiful and I miss her. My ex fiance took his dog too when he left. This is hard to watch. Thank you btw! She didn't change the last time I saw her either.

  • they are beautiful and lovable dogs. i loved the video. my cousin has a pit bull. i see the dog when i go over there for christmas. its dressed in a christmas outfit. pit bulls get such a bad name but they are wonderful dogs.

  • Thanks Angel! They are just like any other dog that is treated with love. Chloe hasn't changed and her Uncle never did either. Your cousin's pit bull sounds so cute! I love when they are dressed. She has a cute sweater with a hood that I bought her last Winter. She wants it on too when she goes out. The two Morkies go out with her and the 3 of them look so cute. The little toy dogs don't like to wear clothes-go figure lol!

  • love the video....chloe actually looks identical to my pit Kyda! even the way she acts and how gentle she is! she lets little kids climb pull and jump all over her ill never own any other kind of dogs....just got a puppy she is 9 weeks and very very smart!named her Sage!

  • Thank you! Aw, your puppy sounds so cute! Chloe's in heat now and Charles is trying to mate with her and she wants him too. So, we're keeping them separated, lol! I have no idea what a pitbull and a morkie would look like. She is still gentle too and obviously gets along well with the other two. She acts like a Princess and is dainty too. Kyda is an awesome name as well as Sage.

  • thank you I wish more pit owners would show there good side. I was given a red nose pit named joker but my land lord gave me 7 days to get rid of it or I had to move, couldnt afford to move so I had to give joker up because of the pits bad rep. he was cool he played with my cats, (yea vicous dog there) they mostly stayed away from him but if they would have been given the chanct to get to know him they would have been friends im sure but 1 week isnt long enough, time for them to make friends.

  • You're welcome and thanks for watching! It really is how you bring them up. I've been seeing so many families with pits. I'm sorry you had to get rid of Joker. I was bit by a medium sized dog. Chloe is 8 months now and she still gets along great with the little guys. Teddy even bosses her around and tries biting her and she just moves. She doesn't want to hurt anything. My rotti won't even go after ducks.

  • Have a Lady Staffordshire Pit Bull, the most loving, dedicated, friendly dog who, I ever had the pleasure of "owning" in the world.

Forget Lassie, get a Pit and treat her good!

  • Aw! God Bless her! There's someone on here who owns a pitbull and the dog is so gentle. It has baby chicks walking on him. Any dog can be violent and I feel bad that pits get a bad name. It all comes down to irresponsible breeders and irresponsible owners.

  • Aye

Seen it and told a few ppl. to watch it, who say Pits are vicious. :)

  • Thumbs up!

  • I believe the Pit Bull has in fact gotten a bad rap. The stories of Pit Bull attacks are focused on, so the reputation sticks. If a Doberman attacked, it will do the same damage. I personally come into contact with many Pit Bulls. I have never had any problems with any of them. They are sweet, gentle dogs if trained well and shown love and affection.

If you train a dog to be hateful and vicious, it will be. Just as if you train a human to hate and destroy, he/she will.

  • Thanks for your comment. You are so right! I wanted to demonstrate in this vid how sweet Chloe was. Her Uncle was 4 yrs. old and he was the sweetest dog I ever met.

  • Mia. You really are missing the point. Personally I don't give a stuff about dog shows. Not my bag! All I do know is that you will defend the act of "Owning" a pit bull as a pet. You are entitled to that. But don't take the piss out of everybodys intelligence by putting the dogs on a pedestal wrapped in cotton wool to say they are great family pets. 50% or more pit bull owners are drug dealers. Why pit bulls? Hmm, great guard dogs.

  • You are providing misleading information. Many families own pitbulls and you can find them here on Youtube. Due to drug dealers, they do get a bad name. Many breeds will protect the family that they love. I have been bitten by a skipperkee(spelling?) however, I will not put down the whole breed because one dog bit everybody. Trust me if I have a dog that is vicious, it will not be owned by me. Didn't you see how friendly Chloe is with my son?

  • Misleading? What is a Skipperee? Never heard of that one. Pit Bulls are always at the fore for debate and here we are debating. You have your dear killer poochums and I hope your kid comes to no harm. You can't deny dogs being pack animals and one day??,,,,,,,,

They still account for 90% of all attacks. The breed should be snuffed out by the very people who created them. US!

  • actually europe created them, they were just adapted into america. 90 % of attacks??? where did u hear that from? can u quote an accurate non biased source for me? or did u simply make that up on the spot? and can u cite any pitbull attacks prior to the late 1980's? your lack of knowledge for pitbulls and their history is evident. Instead of letting the news tell you about these dogs, why dont you do your own research and make your own judgement, rise abive the influence.

  • They get such a bad rap and so many families have pit bulls. It is how you raise the dog.

  • I had a pitbull, Rocky, which you may have seen in a video. He is being trained as a police dog right now. Larz, my rottweiler, misses him so much. They were great and they weren't pact dogs. They were both males and they had to stay together in 1 crate or Rocky would cry and it would seem like we were torturing him. I miss Rocky and so does my son. He kept on getting out of the yard and we didn't want him stolen or hit by a car and I have a 6ft. stockade fence. Everyone loved him.

  • Your argument can very easily be used against you. You said that you were once bitten by an alien dog that no one has heard of and that is no reason to put down the entire breed. Well, IF your pit is a nice dog, that doesn't mean that all pits are nice. In fact, you're fooling no one! We all know that pits are aweful!

  • "if your pit is a nice dog, that doesn't mean that all pits are nice". your argument can be used against you just as easliy. You can apply that statement with all dog breeds. each dog within each breed has contributed to severely maiming or killing someone. but your one track mind wont allow to think that. it couldnt be more obvious that yout focus/hatred is directed solely at pitbulls. Your one-dimensional arguments are fooling know one who are knowledgable about dogs.

  • Any dog can be mean. Why you hear of these attacks is due to irresponsible dog owners. They want them to be attack dogs and they should not be sold a pit bull. There are so many families that have them and you can find them on Youtube. Didn't you ever see, "The Little Rascals?"

  • why are you telling me this? i love pits. tell the dumb ass haters that.

  • Oh, I didn't mean to message you.

  • You are so wrong.

  • i hate pitt bulls simply way too many kids even have been attacked even from cribs

  • I never thought I would ever allow one in my house, let alone be my pet. However, my son's Father does know the parents and they are very friendly. Rocky, you might have saw in my vids is Chloe's Uncle. He will be 4 in June and you can take a steak away from him. He's a big baby.

  • way too many kids have been killed by pedophiles, gangsters, terrorists, serial killers, and drug dealers. Your hating the wrong thing.

  • I agree with you 100%.

  • Jeez Mia. I have just checked out your thingy page. Erm, you have some odd friends. Everyone seems stoned as do you. I am wasting my time here debating with pot heads. Nuff said really.

  • Yeah, all my friends and subscribers are pot heads. You just can't tell intelligence when you see it or understand humour unless it is blatantly obvious.

  • Yeah, great loving pet! Pit bulls are an evil creation manufactured by thugs to make moiney out of by betting on their dear little poochums. Staffy's, pit bulls and std bull terriers are status symbols. They are pig ugly, have evil eyes and I guess we are stuck with them. King Charles spaniels, golden retrievers... Now they are cute and cuddly. Pit Bulls? I just don't get it... Your reference to Middle class? Hello.....

  • Oh, I'll have to tell my son's dad that you think he looks like me. He always says he looks like him. I was always afraid of dogs and here I am with 2 pits and 1 rotti. Go figure. I agree that 90% of a dog's behavior depends on the people around them. I bring them up with love and I do think they will reciprocate it back. I don't have to be afraid in my house either. They won't hurt anyone who visits, however, they know the difference if someone was going to hurt us.

  • How dare you talk about Chloe like this!!!! She is beautiful. There's something wrong with people who don't like dogs. Us dog owners, are here to serve them.

  • Er no! You own a dog but you Serve a CAT. Wrong again.

  • very wonderful video Cindy!

    ~GS~GHOSTSeekers

  • Thank you Forrest-Uriah! I really appreciate it!

  • Dats ma boy ! woof woof !

  • Yes, I am taking very good care of Teddy your nephew. He says woof woof! to you!

  • try telling that to isas kriegers family after the wonderful family pitt bull pet broke the childs neck!

  • I don't know this dog. However, it depends on so many things. First off we know the parents of Chloe and of Rocky. They had great dispositions. Anyone who breeds a violent dog is an asshole! Secondly, I don't bring up any of my bully breeds to be violent. They have no commands to attack. If I was getting hurt or my son was, it would be a natural thing for them to protect us. I'm sorry this happened to this child. Any breed could attack. I was bit by a skipperkee(spelling?) That dog was crazy.

  • oh yeah they ate awesome expecially when they go ape shit nits and rip your face off!

  • The staffordshire terriers are shown in dog shows. Bull Mastiffs can be violent. Any dog can be even a lab. There are pitbulls I definitely wouldn't want to meet. Usually, it's the attitude of the owner. These young guys get a pitbull to act tough and they don't socialize the dog, they play rough with them. If I saw any signs of agressive behavior that dog is gone. That medium sized dog that bit me, actually bit a nerve in my leg. He bit everyone and I would say to euthanize him.

  • Mia.. What is it with you people who continue to hold the torch for these non pure breed dogs! Pit bulls are fighting dogs. That's it! I don't care for Rotties, dobermans or what ever takes your fancy. Dogs; as pets are supposed to be part of your family and therefore a loving pet. Would you really leave a kid under 10 years old unattended with one of these beasts? You can take a "Steak" away from yours without it doing what? Tearing your face off?

  • Look, I know what a Staffy is. ALL terriers can turn; having been a responsible terrier owner previously. Pitbulls are bred for fighting! Why have a fighting dog as a pet? Stick to Staffys, keep 'em away from kids, stick a muzzle on 'em, keep em on a lead. Great pet. Yep!

  • You probably had a dog that never should have been bred in the first place. The parents have great dispostions. That's the first thing you have to find out. Anyone who breeds a violent dog is an asshole! Secondly, the owners are responsible. I have a 4 yr. old pit, Rocky, and I can take a steak away from him. If I had a dog who became agressive and my son's dad would be the first to take that dog away. That would be it and it would be euthanized.

  • My pit bull loves everybody. I rescued him from a quick kill shelter at 6 weeks old. He's now 2 years old. Six months ago my kids rescued a kitten from a busy intersection. When they brought her home my pit bull licked her little face. She's had all her shots and was fixed. Now about 7 months old she's the boss of the house. Both are inside pets that love each other. I'll show them in my next video. I had rescued a pit bull before, he died of cancer after we spent a fortune to save him. ~Andree'

  • Hi Andree, I would love to see them in your vid. You can post a vid response if you like. I am getting negative comments about this breed, however, I wanted to show people that they are great family pets.

  • Ha ha ha. Pit Bull? 1. They are Fugly. They aint pets. GAwd. Pets are suposed to be loving. They are not meant to eat your babies

  • Well, staffordshire terrier is the correct name and maybe you can tell Westminster that when they are entered into their dog shows. I used to think the same thing years ago, but we have a male that will be 4 yrs old in June and he will just lick you to death. Chloe is beautiful and they are loving. Didn't you watch the video? It comes down to irresponsible breeders who sell them to irresponsible owners. Many of my middle class neighbors own one and we are home owners.

  • Pitbulls are bred fighting dogs. Do you have a pet Siberian Tiger too?

  • This is a misconception. Did you know on "The Little Rascals" they had a pitbull? I have a rottweiler too. Some people really shouldn't own dogs. I guess you feel the same about a rotti. I have all the protection I need. No one is going to kidnap my son while he is sleeping and no one is going to break in. Bull Mastiffs are also shown in dog shows. You can be bit by any dog. I'll invite you here and you can meet my friendly dogs.

  • That's cool that you and your family have a pitbull that's harmless, but I'll never trust those kinds of dogs.

  • Hi Clark, I always thought the same as you do. We have another one who will be 4 in July and he loves everyone. I can take anything away from him that he is eating. I wish you could meet him. He did get out of the yard several times and the neighbors know he is friendly and the mailman knows it too when he jumped into the mailman's truck. I have a rottweiler too. The parents were friendly too which is something I looked out for. I was bit by a skipperkee which is a small dog. God Bless, Cindy

  • Your pitbull is so cute!!

  • Thank you! My son, James, says it is his. His Dad bought Chloe and she was only vissiting here, however, she is here all the time. She was house trained at 8 wks, doesn't chew the furniture or my cords so it's alright she's in the house. The three of them greet me every morning in bed. It's a nice way to wake up. I think people should consider these dogs as a family dog. No one is going to come in and steal your children. So, they are protective too.
