i have a queston... i made these perfectly, ive shaped them to the right size, ive made about 5 differnt colored pairs with clay, and i even put them in the freezer so that they would get rock hard, but when i take them out of the freezer to put rhem in my ears, it gets all soft and looses its shape, i did try to put tape on them, THEN put them in the freezer, but i dont no how to tape them right!! help me?!?! this is actually really creative and fun. i'm making some right now as we speak. This saves so much money, the clay from Sculpey and Premo come in all sorts of neon and cool ass colors, thanks for this video. :) The only thing is to make sure your keep your ears healthy with oils and such.

You really shouldn't use clay to make plugs. After baking, the clay still isn't inert, and it can react with your skin if worn for longer periods of time, resulting in swelling, drying, cracking, bleeding, and in some cases, necrosis of the tissue. Spend a few dollars on surgical steel tunnels and your ears will thank you.
