Is there only one girl fighting cause the other one isn't doing anything and if you ask me i like challenges in my matches not little girls that get scared and not do anything or sometimes they run away but my favorite is when they act like i hit too hard and the they start crying...sorry but its the truth i like a challenge not these prissy girls that think they're tuff until someone puts them in there place...
ok 2 words. Gloves & headgear. Not punching to the head or knowing you don't have to worry about it builds very bad habits and instills false security gained from just sparring. A cop once disarmed a robbers gun perfectly, then handed the gun back to him by the handle, and robber just pullged the trigger and shot him (lucky he did live). The cop built bad habits of not completing the technique when training, and just handing the gun back to the partner to keep drilling.
Well, this is a tournament, not sparring. It's Kyokushin and I trained in it for 14 years, we didn't TRAIN not to hit in the head, but those were tournament rules. It worked just fine in the real world because tournaments weren't our lives, they were just part of the experience.
