Thank you! :) Great to hear you liked it! The software I used is Maya 2008, which I definitely recommend! It's one of the most used 3D programs in the industry, I think. There's a scary amount of stuff you have to get into at first, but it's a lot of fun once you get the hang of it. There's also 3D Studio Max, which is similar, but I haven't tried it myself.
It's hard to say exactly how long it took since it was a school project, but I think about 2-3 months, working on it 3-6 hours a day. :)
Oh, first I cried when I saw the drawing of Evelyn's mom and her coz I thought her mom was dead, then I cried coz I realized in the end that it was Evelyn who was dead! Oooh, why did it have to be so sad?! ),:
When I first watched this, I was really listening to the music, but after watching the video with it, I instantly got goosebumps all over my arms. Great movie and perfect use of music.
Tear ducts have been opened. Great video, made a guy like me shed some tears. Well done
