It is a virus (the same family of germs that cause the common cold!) First of all, if two partners are negative for the virus, there is zero chance they'll get it if they remain faithful. Secondly, it can only be passed on via the exchange (entering the blood stream of the other person) of either blood, semen or vaginal fluids.

It is a virus (the same family of germs that cause the common cold!) First of all, if two partners are negative for the virus, there is zero chance they'll get it if they remain faithful. Secondly, it can only be passed on via the exchange (entering the blood stream of the other person) of either blood, semen or vaginal fluids.
