I don't think the intent was to say that she (the driver) was unable to drive, but that she was utterly lost and had no idea where she was. With several emotional states that were similar to the stages of grief. Perhaps an intentional choice of the creator.
I think it is an (exagerated) commentary on the trend of dependancy on technology. I know of a person was unable to provide directions to their own home without logging on to Google maps.
The humor lies in irony (an outcome of events contrary to what was, or might have been, expected), which is (IMHO) the root of all humor. One would not expect a person to behave in such a manner. Thus the joke.
Yeah, and it only works on that one level. Barely. The 'Literal Video Version' series from this same creator is much much better, as was 'You Can't Tell Me (What To Do)' and others.
There's a ring of truthiness to the gag here, but it's too obvious to be truly funny.
What's the point, Imtang, of making a comment about her skin? I notice your channel page doesn't even have a photo of you. Too many imperfections to let people see you?

yeah some people just don't get things. :\ or they focus on the wrong thing, and fight for their initial perception. it's okay. :)

it's pointless to teach people humor.

I have a different opinion and that makes me an idiot? Regardless of the point, it is NOT funny. No need to act like a child and call names. Grow up.

This isn't funny at all. The GPS doesn't tell you HOW to drive, only where.
ddlbugsmommy 2 years ago

This would never happen. She would just get on her cellphone and continue to drive badly while calling for help.

babyHEARTx,
I was thinking something very similar...that when it came on she would drive forward like 5 feet and then there would be her driveway to turn into.
But this was very well done.
