Did Youtube delete the video by itself? If they did, the video probably got deleted due to copyright issues.
There's some songs that can't be put on Youtube because the owner of the song doesn't want it on the site. It usually results in videos getting deleted or the audio getting muted. Youtube even deleted my old account because of copyright infringement.
