  • When is the dollar going to collapse? 2 years and still sideways.

  • Polarization in the congress. Really? How do you get away with having your leading spokesmen Beck & Limbaugh instigating 2nd Amend style assassination(if anything happens the RNC just points to Steele & says, "don't look at us we got him") One week Obama is a Marxist, a fascist, the anti-Christ, a Muslim, a racist(?), a socialist & bla bla bla. Then "concerned" citizens like Cote talk about how mean spirited & polarized we are w/o a trace of irony in the face of RNC/ FNC PR. HA!
  • hey what movie is this?

  • What is all this damn talking going to do other than state the obvious. We know what to do and its simple. Stop the wars and stop policing the world. That will free up shit loads of money. Then reduce government period not just government spending.

  • @CitizenNumber Well Duh. I understand the Western world is lost in a consumer / entitlement mentality. However the creation of a nation's money with debt, which came about in its current form with the FED in 1913. We have been down hill since that time as these banksters create periods of manipulation which enrich the money center banks. Along with the political class wanting more power at any cost to the nation, we have benefits which can not be paid and which enslave our minds with free stuff.

  • The Congress should have retained the right, and obligation to coin money and set it's value rather than outsourcing to the fed. The government needs to be the source of money, not banks. Then the government can loan money and make income from interest the bank pay to it and not so much taxation. You can't print trillions of dollars or you'll deforest the planet. You can't war your way out of recessions or you'll depopulate the planet. You need accountability.

  • @CitizenNumber Expanding a nation's currency with debt is always inflationary by definition unless you believe in the pixie dust of John Maynard Keynes. The banks are in deflation of their balance sheets, the people will see inflation as all these excess $ have to find a use.

  • @CitizenNumber just curious any facts to back that up with numbers not that it would completely change my mind but Id still like to see what youre looking at.

  • @CitizenNumber I couldnt tell you why but have you ever heard of the fox guarding the hen house? Thats how I see it.

  • it doesn't matter if uneducated TSA people pat down your package the TERRORISTS won! The right way to hurt your enemies is to hit them in their pocketbook not with physical force! Mission NOT accomplished Mr. Bush! Over 1 billion dollars a day to be in Afghanistan with corrupt politicians on the ground who send out suitcases of our money to fund the Terrorists in other countries like Iran, Sudan and Syria! Our failing economy is bigger then Dem & Rep its the GET RICH OR DIE TRYING Attitude!

  • Let me get this straight, we the cattle are supposed to listen to these financial arsonists (politicians shilling for the banks), tell us how "we" are gong to fix the shit THEY caused? Let me think about that, um, how about -- no. How about instead we open a nuclear can of NO FUCKING WAY? How about we take all the bankers into custody, do some waterboarding to make them give the money back, then cut your heads off for treason? How about that? No please, don't run, you'll only die tired.

  • Let's start with teaching our children the Federal Reserve is a private bank.

  • I beg to differ with Mr. Cote. Finance is an "exciting" subject! So much so that the governments of the world have been sure to keep it shuffled away as a "do not teach" subject until way out of High School and even then it isn't taught very well. Shame, shame on our government for allowing that.

  • SHIT MEET FAN

  • Surreal and sobering, or at least it should be.

  • congress works well..for the banks. Not at all for us, the country.

  • I'm still waiting for someone to address why it is that Governments can acquire debts, spend it on their little schemes and pass it out to their pals, then use force to collect payments from us.

I never authorized anyone to acquire debt for me, and if I did I certainly wouldn't offer such a deal to those who make life more expensive for me, who boss me around, and who lie to me.

  • @continuityofliberty

That is just it. Government does not ask.

  • I like how they get someone from the private sector to explain all of this to them. lol!

If the house of cards falls apart I expect gasoline to be $10+ per gallon and interest rates at 2-3x what they are now.

  • @kja5 When We bought our first house back in 1985, interest rates where somewhere in the vicinity of 10% -12%.

  • @kja5

Its so ironic how they always bring in CEOs. It was corrupt CEOs who took over the government and made it the tyrant it is today! If they were sincere they would of brought in a regular working guy. Instead they just brought in their boss.

  • OH MY GOD!!!

What will we ever do if we CAN'T BORROW MORE CASH?

How will I ever buy any more NEW CARS?!!!

What about that house I need to "buy" by promising Wells Fargo to pay them many times more than what the house is, or ever will be, worth??!!

    Hmmm

I suppose we'll have to START SAVING !!!!

  • Buy Silver and Gold before its too late!!

  • @charlesfuchs

    You got that right.

  • The truth is it is too late. The Chinese are not gonna stop buying yet - they are gaining a leverage. They will stay mostly in short term treasuries. More debt US accumulates= more money for interest = less money for military. The dollar system is all that's left. If dollar goes = game's over. So default is not on the table. It's a slow burn strategy where power will be transferred to creditor nations - that's what USA once used to be. How ironic.

  • This guy is fantastic. Also my feet are being warmed by a honeywell portable heater, just by coincidence.

    Thanks Dave Cote!

  • Ah free theatre, such a treat.

  • @TheReallitycheck

You really think you didn't pay for that? :p

  • @drutter

The energy used to click on the play vid was minimal and I can handle the cost :D

  • Hey, how about ending the wars and slashing the big useless government?

  • Comment removed

  • intereting

  • u cannot print 100 dollars and ask for intersest cuz if u print 100 dollars in circulation u can only get back 100 dollars where u gonna get the interest unless its printed it so u just be in debt forever

  • I've got a printer, can I be a central bank too?

  • Well Spoken Mr. Cote, Well Spoken!

  • ITS OVA!

  • Doesn't anyone wonder where this 1 trillion a year of interest goes to? After all, this will be raping the country annually and ruining our lives.

Answer: The Federal Reserve which is a pseudo government agency. The government doesn't even have control or the ability to see what these men do with our money as they print it out excessively. We are becoming slaves to our debt people and sitting back idling about this will be the death of America as we know it.

  • Everyone needs to wake up to the economic reality that is upon us. This guy just laid it out to a commission in Wash. DC., yet when you turn on MSM news, they tell everyone that everything is just fine. Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain! The govt needs to tell the truth B4 it is to late, if it isn't already to late. A freeze on govt wages was a start, but we need to reduce the size of the govt workforce all the way down to the local level. We need to become a nation that exports.

  • Get rid of Federal Reserve now!! problem solved its that easy.

  • @amishcannonball3

I agree, get rid of the Federal Reserve but also the Police and the Justice Department. We'll be FREE !!!!

  • @envanje

but how could we do that right away? there are plenty of sociopaths and psychopaths ready to hurt other people, especially when police are gone.

  • @Lotusflowerism

sociopaths and psychopaths will soon vanish when the Police and the Justice Department are no longer there to protect them.

    think !

  • @envanje

lol, i have known plenty of them, and they are good at avoiding getting caught. what you say makes no sense. those people are born like that/had poor parenting. it has nothing to do with police and the justice system. society would need to gradually change in order to get rid of them. it sounds like you are buying into too much conspiracy hype that is so prevalent on the internet.

  • $9 TRILLION? LMAO. TRY 202 TRILLION Prof. Kotlikoff Boston U.

2.00 Shouldn't of used "Jesus Christ" since many here are atheist/agnostic (IM not an A/A) and may tune out.

CUT ALL GOVT SPENDING BY 50% .50% less workers ,agencies, bases, benefits, military.

But they wont .Its hopeless headed to a huge crash.

Both parties have sold you out to the hugest bidder.Yet most dismiss the Tea Party. Since most to all jobs are sent to ChinDia. Tell me where is 202 TRILLION coming from?

  • @cpgone Can we cut our population by 50% too? Whats you big plan for that?

  • @Bezz80 Whats your plan? I stated mine. Govt. is for 3 reasons.

Weights and measures, defense of homeland ONLY (no foreign wars or nation building and a , court system.)

All else is vote buying fantasy. Consult the constitution. But you wont. You will come up with simple minded quips and go back to porn and MSNBC. Thats best for you.

  • @cpgone I have a plan but it's not going to fit into the 500 limmit, that said, I'm sorry you got upset that I thought your idea was a bit to simplistic, which you must realize it to be as well, if you could see where I was going with my rebuttel. Capitalism (as we practice it today in this country - exponential growth theory) failed. Trying to "fix" a bad system, is folly in the first place. Your and my notion about the constitution are obviously not in alignment. Internet arguments weee...zzzz

  • @Bezz80 Oh sure.My ideas would take hours to explain.

    The issue is very complex.

thats why the sheeple will never get it until it all crashes.

  • @cpgone That we can both agree on 100%. Stay safe and good luck. Peace

  • How many jobs did Dave Cote outsource to China ?

"India To Account For 30% Of Honeywell’s Global Outsourcing" ... what is this guy crying about. USD can always be printed, and if you don't want it you can expect some steel for dinner.

  • @MaxZagar excellent point, this bozo is adding fuel to the fire then complaining about the fire department.

  • @MaxZagar we want cheap prices and high wages so what do we expect? we want to work 40 hr weeks and then put 200hrs of someones else's labor in to our shopping cart at walmart. this is all very well when we have more skills, but that is not the case for much longer. outsourcing is not the problem, we are! in china and india they're producing better skilled engineers, doctors and scientists. our kids just want to make reality tv shows

  • @MaxZagar He's just asguilty as the rest. They outsource our jobs so they can put more money in their own pockets but, still expect us to buy their products when we don't have a job. What are they going to do when all of us are out of a job? With our country being broke like it is, we ought to demand that our Congress, Senate & President have their pay cut to $1.00 a yr until they get us out of debt.

  • @dixiegirl999 All you need tohave is a balanced budget, a defict of 0. If the country actually paid off the debt there would be massive deflation and cars would cost $1000.

  • @dixiegirl999 they also insource our jobs...meaning they replace american workers with foreign workers on H1K work visas...right on us soil. don't even bother going into computer programming...they only hire indians now.

  • how about just obey the laws..? you traitors not only suck at runnin' a country, unless your plan is to run it into the ground, but you're either gonna hang or be judged by Lord God whichever comes first.. you guys might wanna move into your underground bunkers, it's gonna get hot really soon.. The greatest country in the world doesn't borrow money, we create wealth, you on the otherhand create destruction with every word.. I am ashamed of myself for lackin' the courage to start change..

  • No one wants to address the 2trillion pound gorilla in the room the department of defense and the CIA along with there black budget!!!!!

  • @shussein82

You are sooo right !!! But why would he cut down his bread and butter ?

  • one thousand billion = one trillion

  • @rad4life1 OR a million piles of a million dollars each = 1 trillion.

  • @cpgone that works too

  • The days for agreement are long gone, to much hate has been passed around, so there is no common ground for said agreement. Since Nixion, one party in this coutry as done nothing but to demonize decent honest people. People's lives have been ruined and margialized, if they didn't regret being decent honest people and jump on the therft, rape and murder bandwagon. Many of these decent people were murdered by their own government, dare they oppose. There will be no comming together. Peace

  • When you say "our" refusal. Please define our. I think that alot of the people that are facing it have no say in the game via their vote. I think the powers that be are very pleased and want to continue to inflate the money supply and perpetuate this until we as a nation has to default or by QE2 is the fed saying we have defaulted and it is merely extending this economical charade? The stock market has yet to capitulate. In my gut I feel like we have passed the point of no return.

  • Why not just QE or print the funds for Entitlement and Single Payer system for Health Care.

Get rid of Payroll taxes this would lower the cost of employment for all business.

  • @Regge23 Payroll taxes are strangling small business to death, don't expect it to go away, don't expect any of it to get better.

There cannot be a New World Order until American has been brought to its knees so... writing is pretty much on the wall IMHO

  • buy gold yet karl?

    ;)

  • @doobsta haha, man I wanted to make that joke myself before, funny to see someone else say it.

Karl is so astute you have to boggle at the way he has panned "bugs"

personally I am and have been all about commodities for awhile now: Au/Ag Copper, Lithium, Uranium - hell look at agricultural commodities even!

When the REAL OWNERS (the NWO) decide to shake the tree, the smart money flocks to stable models, and what more stable a model than instruments based on tangible goods of universal value?

  • "A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse (generous gifts) from the public treasury. From that moment on the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy (which is) always followed by a dictatorship."

Alexander Tyler circa 1787 re the

    fall of the Athenian Republic.

  • @UU361 thats a great fucking quote man and it illustrates a very key component of the fraud in government and in the private sector.

power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely after all.

the master k'ung once said "raise the straight and set them over the crooked and the Way shall prevail in the Kingdom."

not exactly Toynbee but, well, you catch my drift

  • @diogeneslaertius666

They'll keep on printing and spending until it blows up.

    Here's the rest of that:

"The average age of the world's greatest civilization has been two hundred years. These nations have progressed through this sequence. From bondage to spiritual faith; from spiritual faith to great courage; from courage to liberty; from liberty to abundance, from abundance to complacency; from complacency to apathy, from apathy to dependence, from dependence back into bondage."

  • @UU361 yep, thats why the bankers just sit back and wait for the "abundance" part to start again, then they come out of hibernation.

  • And yet we could pay for it all 2x over if we didnt pay TRILLIONS IN INTEREST ON MONETIZED NOTES ISSUED BY THE FRS

How much is the entire budget? 900B or so?

Yet we owe TRILLIONS in interest to bankers?

At the end of next week 2M americans will be cut off from the govt nanny tit and states like CA may be plunged into bedlam shortly thereafter, granny has to die for want of medication and your children will go uneducated as the problem worsens - but they WANT IT TO WORSEN, its all BY DESIGN.

  • @diogeneslaertius666

First inflate the real estate prices

Money for free to everybody to go to the casino

Have some wars (and waist some money)

    Banks&MIC keeps their profits

    Losses to the taxpayer

==> It is a big scam. You do not own these banks anything, as it is a fraud. Just follow the money trail ... and you'll see who is deceiving USA (the little varroa friend who wants some new stealth bombers)

  • There is no way anyone in congress is going to agree to reduce anything as long as the Chinese continue to pay for our profligacy.

  • @XulChris all of the factories closed down in the last 70 years are in China, Indonesia, India, Mexico et al. because money chases cheap labor as long as you let it.

The US has been used as the PITBULL of the NWO for what 2 centuries? but now were all used up so they have moved the power base to China etc. and systematically imploded the country, from government to the economy the degradation is apparent.

  • Utterly pathetic. A room full of legislators who represent the people who have through the love of power, greed, self centredness and dishonesty have brought the past beacon of hope in the world to her knees. The financial situation is utterly absurd and America is slowly but surely dying. America, aka mystery Babylon, is dying and will be dead in one hour when it burns through judgement in the very near future. Awakened people will get out of her as soon as posssible.

  • @jethrofortruth awakened people will not "get out", unless they are spineless, gutless fucking pussies who run at the first sign of trouble.

  • @jethrofortruth otherwise mystery babylon etc. is good analysis and very cooperian; however, the attitude of bailing when the SHTF is to me the highest form of insult to the future of Liberty on planet earth I can think of.

It is ludicrous to me that expats will be able to achieve anything after they leave.

Indeed, if there is one place I want to be when the globe melts down its the US - and anyone who thinks that a US default wont send the global economy into paroxysms is a madman.

  • this is total b.s.any idot with a highschool education should know how to fix this.glass steagal!!!!!!!!this isn't the first time this has happened.these people are fake!!!!!!!everything is a lie!!!!!!

    losers.
