Yeah, g oto support.EA, log in(or make an account with ur BF2 name) then submit a question, I did it 3 times before they finally MADE it work, but of course now a year later and $40 later, being able to play an a ghost town of a server with a few other people is little consolation for not being able to play it a year ago with a full server.
