Achso, schade, ich habe schon gedacht das es durch irgendeinen Trick flüssig läuft.

Aber die Cryengine 2 ist einfach nicht dafür gemacht, man kann einen noch so guten PC haben, es wird warscheinlich nie richtig flüssig laufen. :( (Gutes Video)

While GMod is a sandbox game, this is a level editor. You would have to compare this to Hammer.

And GMod doesn't have a physics engine capable of "Mass Physics" while Crysis has no Wiremod and easy to use constraints.

@FPRobber , My old pc had a pentium 4 at 2.2ghz and 2gb of ram running at 133mhz and an ati radeon 9600 series 256mb video card and i could play crysis at low settings and 1280x1080 with all of the settings on the ati driver on high like temperal aa and all that crap. IT WAS VERY PLAYABLE WITH 25+ FPS NEVER WENT BELOW THAT!!!

@tom1161 You can probably run crysis on medium, if ur harddrive was a 7200rpm it would be alot better. Just buy crysis and try it. It ran on my old pc

I don't think it's worth playing on lowest settings, it looks worse than HL2 on lowest settings. If you can't play it at least on medium settings you should just wait. I had to play it on lowest settings when I still had my x1600 and it sucked. When I got my 8800 I played through it again and it was much more fun.

I got used to playing it on the lowest settings lol, it was my first graphic intensive game so it looked pretty good on low and ur right about it looking like HL2 exept i couldnt enable anti aliasing on crysis so HL2 looked smoother and not as jagged

No, it wouldn't you can do that on every PC with enough RAM (1GB should be enough) and a Shader Model 3 GPU. But it takes long to render if you have a bad PC.

No. You can't play at 1920x1200, but you can use a smaller resolution and it still looks great and runs good.

I'm not sure what a "extreme" processor is though.

I called Sager and they said to e-mail them with what I wanted changed in the order so I am now getting a 1280x1204 res screen but it will take 2-3 days longer to ship but I don't care. I was wondering if you had any suggestions on what games to buy. I am definitely buying Crysis but I want 1 or 2 more. I am a huge fan of Battlefield Bad Company and any games with big multiplayer

2GB RAM should be enough, but if Crysis lags, your graphics card isn't good enough. You can only turn the graphics down or buy a new card.
