@MysteryBounty I do pretty well. I switched from ice to invul, so I could increase my global recharge rate to 102% without hasten, so that I could farm quicker. If I can get my ranged shot off, I can usually kill another blaster in about 2 or 3 shots, and a scrapper in about 5 or 6 if they don't heal in time. Also, because i went with invul, the damage resistance and defense is better than on my other build. The build alone cost me around 3bil to just buy the IOs. That doesn't include tests lol.

City of Heroes has just been released on Steam, and I may be interested to buy it, but I'm wondering, is the A.I good enough if one wants to just do some missions alone like you in this video?
I mean in your video here it seems that the enemies aren't moving at all or barely, are they stunned by your powers or are they just generally stupid like that all the time? Just asking, I'm honestly interested by the game.
It all depends on what the powers of the enemies are. In this video, I start off by using Rain of Arrows, which attracts their attention. Then, they immediately try to hit my with one of their Crossbow attacks. Had the enemies been melee users, they would have ran close to me and hit me with their melee attacks.
Another thing is that I do a massive amount of damage. The typical person isn't going to be able to do so much damage in such a short amount of time, so they die too fast to react.
Another thing is that is it all depends on your resistances or defense to a certain type of damage. As well as the enemies resistance to certain types of damage. What I mean is that the enemies in this video have little resistance to my smashing and lethal damage given by my arrows, but the "Freakshow" enemies are harder for me to kill, because they have resistance to such damage.
A lot of factors come into play when trying to figure out if you will be able to effectively solo or not.

What are you talking about? Trick Arrow is the powerset of a defender. This is my 'blaster' video which is an Archery / Energy build, not Trick Arrow.
Also, I don't think a defender could solo this farm mission.
I can't really say. All i can say is that from experience, MM seems to be a better choice because they have farmed quicker than me, and didn't have any endurance issues.
You said in the second part that Arch/MM could be better, but without Boost Range, how can you blast ALL the groupe with the second shot (cone) you use ?
You can't, unless you slot it with a lot of Range Increase enhancements. Arch/MM has a lot more AoE attacks. That is why I said it could be better than Arch/Energy.
Click on the "Powers" tab, and click on "Combat Attributes" at the top. Then you can expand any one of the tabs and right click on something and click "Monitor attribute." You can add up to about 7, i think.
I don't see any difference. Of course, it would take quite a lot to lag my computer, considering I'm using a quad processor. I can say that it may cause some people more lag if you play in window mode and do a lot of other things, than it would if you just play in full mode.
So, if you listen to music or something while playing CoH, run it in window mode, but if you don't do anything other than play the game, run it in full mode.
Is this on Invincible, or Unyeilding? My arch/mm is almost 50 now, and I'm wondering which setting would be the most efficient for xp/hr. And does spawning an 8-man map always spawn bosses, no matter the difficulty setting? Thanks!

This is on Invincible. You should start with Unyielding to see if you can do it or not. If it takes you 10 minutes to do it on Unyielding, you will get more experience if it takes you 30 to do it on Invincible.
Bosses always spawn when you have more than 6 people on the team.
This is insane, you don't see many blaster farmers anymore. It's usually the same cookie cutter fire/kin. Impressive recharge time on roa, and very limited inspiration use. I play on triumph and have been for about 3 years, I love coh :)
It has taken me a lot of time, *and influence*, getting the build how I want it. But it's worth it, since I can farm and PVP if I choose to. (I don't PVP much).
Also, I migrated from Triumph since not many people play during the times that I was on. So I went to Freedom...
One more thing.. The only time I really need to use inspirations is when I am taking on 2 groups of enemies at a time. I mostly just use inspirations to speed up the farming process. Or when my endurance is getting a little low, while waiting for Conserve Energy to recharge. And I only need about 1 blue insp before I hit conserve energy.
You can purchase the City of Heroes Good Versus Evil Edition of the game for $20, which I think includes 3 months of free play, then after that it is $15 per month.

This is my favorite farming mission. I tend to farm it for hours, as well. I also have a freak farm mission, but that takes about an to complete since it's the largest farming mission in CoH. I would post a video of it, but I would have to sign up as a YouTube Partner, which I won't be doing until about a year from now.
(I don't like uploading videos into parts, because I know people have short attention spans, so they are less likely to watch the second video.. lol)
