I like this version of "Wannabe". This was the REAL original demo of the song. This was before it was mixed by Spike Stent and turned into the version we know today!
If that was now a days they'd have Papz after them!! Haha!! But this clip brings back waaaaaay too many memories, it's actually sad really.:( But they are back......aren't they?
Viva Forever was released as a single in 1998 but was recorded in 1997 when they were filming this movie and was taken from the 1997 album "Spiceworld"
A lot of the events in the movie are parodies or spoofing of events that have happened during the Spice Girls' career.
This scene IS accurate - when the 5 of them first got together, they were true wannabes - they spent day and night practicing dance and singing, spent all hours of the day together and were poor as can be, gathering unemployment checks to make ends meet.
What I was referencing was the era where they were living in their manager's little house in Maidenhead, crammed together, getting unemployment, and rehearsing all the while. I am aware they didn't know each other at first, aside from Victoria and Emma sharing a vocal coach.
that aint what i said... compared to the original version it has a bit of hip hop in to it..... bether than the crap you got today... thay young woman here
where you getting at calling them cunts right off...shows your lack of respect
beautiful film good old days 90 years and review this piece of the film comes from me cry to see them separated and then meet in the bar now closed for years and find them all together so for the event .. more with the background of live forever .. too good indeed beautiful w le spice
It's true what people said about Sporty Spice back in the day, she might not have been the most feminine looking compared to the other four girls but with one back flip she can steal your heart.
LMFAO! When i was younger...probably around 6 or 7, i thought that Sporty was a guy in this scene! I don't why buh yea. She just looked liike a guy in this scene! LOL! Thanks for putting this clip on!
what ever did happen to the owner of the pub? it would be nice to not only find out, but, maybe, hopefully, the girls bought the place and restored it and made it some kind of memorial to their beginnings. just a thought.

@ursuchaloser564 Well, that' because Viva Forever was recorded in 1997 before the single was released in 1998! (BTW, Spice World release in 1997!)
