@GINt0xic how I wish your logic was the truth. Maybe the reason why in the end Homin decided to stay was because CSJ would have a place to return to when they wanted to. And to keep the name TVXQ because if 5 of them were to leave together they couldn't keep the name I suppose.
Maybe something really happened that caused the drif tand no matter how much we speculate only 5 of them will know the truth. but what i do know is that a real cassie supports their happiness.together...or apart... with that silent but strong hope that they will comeback/ or go back. I know I will.
i totally see the logic behind teh division of the 5 for the lawsuit... if they were to go out of SM together and lose in the lawsuit THEN they have nowhere to come back to. Unlike if the 2 are left, they have a reason to go back.

If the five members would file the lawsuit together, do you really think that they could easily get the name TVXQ?NO,, THEY CANT,, SM won't let them go that easily,,they can leave SM but they can't take the name TVXQ,,,even the name CASSIOPEIA would dissolve,,,
i still don't understand why they didn't fill the lawsuit together as in the 5 of them i mean they didn't have anything to loose TT^TT and all the process would have been waaaay easier but anyway JYJ kuddos for breaking free as for homin i used to get sad when i looked at their schedule but now i tell myself "this is the path they choose deal with it like them" i still love all 5 of them but shame on me becuz it's not the same i like them together so...
I loved the 5 together.. I'm not saying that the homin version is horrible or anything but the top 3 vocals in the db5k's song was changmin jaejoong and junsu so when two of them are missing it's more plain. still I kinda feel sorry for homin because they had to practice extra hard.. if only all 5 of them filed the lawsuit together.. they wouldn't have to be sm's slaves anymore. imagine of they all came back together LOL the world is going to explode
@maosd I thought too that all 5 would have done it, because they were close, and would still be No. 1, even if SM would have done the same to all of them and not only JYJ.
But I guess HoMin couldn't do because they have something against them, that is ... okay as a reason not to go too, if not something like that,... dissapointing...
@ClipOriss It's not a matter of two having anything against the other three - that's the kind of thinking that all five of them have been unhappy with. Jaejoong, Junsu and Yoochun filed a lawsuit against SME, NOT against Yunho and Changmin. Whatever reasons Jaejoong, Junsu and Yoochun had for filing that lawsuit, whether it be the ones they revealed to the public or others, they just didn't line up 100% with Yunho and Changmin's views so they wound up going their seperate ways.
