i just love how peter jackson picks actors who are not widely known but somehow they are perfect for this kind of film. I believe it's the same here as it was in the lotr trilogy

This is a PREQUEL people. JRR Tolkien wrote the Hobbit before the Lord of the Rings. If anything, Peter Jackson did them out of order, since the events of the hobbit are directly responsible for the events in the Lord of the Rings and many of the character's backgrounds are first introduced there.

The ignorance of people who complain about not seeing the Fellowship in here or wondering if this is a sequel worry me.
