I remmeber my 81 Delorean. I sold it when I lived in Las Vegas. Too bad no torque and 6 Cylinder PRV engine. Only 120 HP. Its a neat car but not fast.

aww you should have upgraded it to a stage 2 motor that has about 190-200hp about the same as a Honda Prelude and one of the cars in there with a front engine thats a Honda engine

Mine's got a 6.0L LS2 in it. Hardest part was routing the darn exhaust. Not good times.

How fast was yours? Id get at least the stage 2 I wish I could get the stage 3 with a 260hp whoo then im ok with it if more even BETTER! I see Toby Peterson in the video looks liek he is selling the Wings a loft lol I met him two times he works at the DMC NW cool guy though.

Before the swap it was rediculously slow. I also have an '01 LS1 powered WS6 Trans Am with a 6 speed and coming from that car to finally getting a D I just wasn't happy at all with the stocker performance and the two don't even begin to be comparable. I ended up finding a low mileage LS2 on Ebay and jumped on it to put it in my T/A since I wanted to keep the D stock initially but I thought, eh, what the hell. Fast forward, The D is dropping about 340hp. Biggest problem was finding a transaxle.

@dmcdav Clearly some misunderstanding engine has approx 200hp in stock un till cat was mounted 4 california state in early - 80, and nowe days u can use headers and race cats and bring it all back..
