looks great! I'm still working on my cartwheel mount, I start to spin for some reason, any idea why?? Try playing with bringing your hips in closer to the pole on the twisted grip too!
The only reason I could think of is that maybe you aren't fixing your lower shoulder strongly enough with you arm above your head, if you drop your shoulder it splints you but you don't get the same control.... thats the only reason I could think of but its really hard to explain!
your cartwheel mount is looking great, so is the twisted grip for being your first tries..! just like with the cartwheel mount, the more you practice it the better youll be able to hold it. It looks fine right now, just keep it up!
