If GE wants to capture the new markets created by people leaving poverty, they need to reduce the price of common house commodities that increases comfort and decreases time spent on monotonous labor like washing machine and ac units. This needs to be done as cheaply as possibly, otherwise competitors will take this market.

The more you down talk our government and our elected leaders the more you fuel despair and depression, both mentally and economically. Our government isn't perfect, there exists a lot of corruption and general favoritism. But look around, its among the best there is. If you don't like whos in office, run for office, if believe you can do better. Stop focusing on what others are doing wrong and do something right

I really hope donald trump is serious about running for president. I would vote for him in a heartbeat. he brings a strong business background & I am sure he knows how to set the climate where good business ideas can be successful. i also suspect he would do extremely well in the northeast which would hurt obama big time. if he got the nomination, the more conservative wing of the gop would get behind him because they know "moderate" trump is far better than "socialist" obama.

One world government almost ensures that a totalitarian dictatorship, and trust me, you won't be the one in charge. You will be little more than another chicken in the slaughterhouse. @asperin I'm was not talking about one world government, unless you consider the central banking families telling everyone what to do a government, if so, that's what you have now; no matter where you live. Free-markets do not exist on earth that I'm aware of on a large scale, and haven't for quite a long time. What is called a free-market today is merely a lie to make you think you're free, all the while that market is regulated, tariff ridden, and subsidized to manufacture prices.

My solution: I want government to allow me to keep the money I earn and to get out of my way when trying to earn it. I want the government's sole responsibility to be the assurance that when i go to sleep at night, bombs don't drop on me. I want the government to focus on keeping me safe from warring countries and to do absolutely nothing else for me. No welfare, no medicare, no social security, no public transit, no public schools, no post office, no internet security, just freedom
