@drboboh shifting time was perfect, these cars arent really built for slamming gear to gear, gotta let the revs settle a little bit unless your on the track, and willing to lose a little transmission life

do the m coupes really even benifit from CAI and performance exhuasts i dont know much about bmw but i figured that the M versions are pretty much built to be racers and wouldnt really gian horspower from exhuasts and cia
i got my m roadster for $15,000 i put a meisterschaft race exhaust on mine and it sounds just like the one in this video. the good thing is it passes emissions unlike straight pipe. at $1,400 is a bit pricey but much cheaper than eisennmann and is an amazing custom exhaust i get people telling me how much they like it all the time
Mine passed smog just fine. this system cost me 300$. Only downside is I never got SS tips so there was a tiny but of rusting, otherwise it did just fine :D

most M roadsters will go for 15,000-21,000$, pending one what year, 2001's will go for more than 99's or 00's. The exhaust I got was custom at an exhaust shop.. anyone should do it for you.

Oh, well I'm from the UK and mine has an S50B32 Euro E36 M3 EVO 3.2 321BHP in it. I keep forgeting that the US has tighter emission regulations than the UK
this sounds good but it's not straight pipes - you kept the cats on... would sound so much better without the cats.
