the samba step is called heel toe in dancehall. check "samba de capoiera de rondo" or somehting like that if i remember right for the best male samba dancers. the heel toe 2step theyre doing is from c-walk. i cant remember the name. just search c-walk tutorials for the full dance. reggae heel toe has some nice variations not found in samba. but theyre not shown here. its expert village - so dont expect too much
